ABOUT ME

If you’ve made it here, it’s likely we have some things in common. I, like you, work hard towards my goals; and achieve them. I am a go-getter, overachiever, recovering people pleaser, and I have done a lot in life that I’m proud of. I’m guessing you have too.

My big dream growing up was to work for Saturday Night Live. As an unconnected small-town-Ohio girl, I had no idea how I’d get there, but I carried this dream for about 17 years - until I achieved it. I worked in the office of Saturday Night Live for seasons 39-40. I met all of my idols, was the only audience member watching Bruno Mars and Mark Ronson Soundcheck “Uptown Funk” before it was a hit, shared a birthday with Pharrel, and shared an elevator with Chris Pratt. I was even a seat filler for Chris Rock during the Saturday Night Live 40th Anniversary Special - and since he never came back to his seat, I got to hang out with Charlie Day for the whole two-hour taping.

It was an experience that I will never forget, but one that opened the door for a lot of deep inner work and healing. I’d achieved my ultimate goal, but somehow, I was still deeply unhappy.

I’d spent my whole life up until that point working towards this dream. I’d achieved my childhood dream - but I was still so lost.

Many years and many jobs later, I realized that my joy was never going to be found outside of myself and that chasing dreams was not a sustainable way to create happiness.

Now, I work with millennial women who are anxious, overworked and feel stuck. Whether that be in their career, relationship, or mindset. They feel like they “should” be happy, but something is missing.

Using a mix of astrology, somatics, spirituality, and cognitive behavioral coaching, I help my clients write new stories about what is possible. I support them as they work to embody their new leading lady energy - all while creating sustainable paths toward lasting joy.
